What are the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant between 07:30 and 11:00. Alternatively, you can request breakfast served in the room between 07:30 and 11:00, at an additional cost.

Room cleaning is done daily. If you wish, you can choose the “do not disturb” card and schedule the service according to the most convenient time for you.

What are the payment and cancellation conditions for reservations?
A prepayment will be requested at the time of booking. It can vary between 50% and 100%, depending on the chosen rate. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card via secure link (AMEX, Mastercard and Visa). We accept cash payments directly at the hotel. The credit card used for the prepayment must be presented at check-in.
Wine & Books Porto Hotel offers two rates: the flexible rate, which requires a partial deposit of your reservation, which is refundable within the communicated deadline; the non-refundable rate, which implies full payment of the rate at the time of booking, and this amount is non-refundable.
How does access to the indoor pool work?
Access to the indoor pool is possible from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and free for all guests, including children over 3 years old who are no longer wearing diapers, and always accompanied by an adult. Floaties are not allowed.

What is the maximum capacity of the double room?
The rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people. The suite accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and one child, with the possibility to add a cot or extra bed at an additional cost. Connecting rooms are available upon request. Please contact the reservations team for more information.

Children up to 2 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with their parents.
Children between 3 and 11 years old will be charged for breakfast (applicable only for stays in a suite).

Does the hotel have pools?
Yes. Le complexe dispose de quatre piscines extérieures et deux piscines intérieures chauffées, intégrées dans un environnement naturel et conçues pour des moments de loisirs, de détente et de bien-être.
Does the hotel have a spa and gym?
Yes. The Library S.P.A. – Story, Pleasure and Aroma includes a spa circuit, massage rooms, relaxation areas, Yoga and Pilates studio (Mashala Studio), and a fitness room open 24 hours a day.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, the hotel is pet-friendly.
The stay of one pet per room, up to 15 kg, is allowed, with an additional cost of 35.00€ per night and a deposit of 100.00€, returned at check-out after verification of any damages.
The pet must be on a leash or carrier in the allowed public areas. It is not allowed to stay in the indoor restaurant, spa, and indoor pool.
It is mandatory to inform the hotel at the time of booking about the stay with a pet.
